Matthew Monroy is the prose editor for Tint Journal, working out of New Jersey. He is a graduate of Montclair State University where he studied English with a focus on creative writing. A lifelong fan of Shakespeare, modernist literature, and political journalism, Matthew loves working with Tint’s multicultural collective of amazing writers. When not working at Tint, Matt is collaborating with former classmates on a hybrid writing/photography project, with an emphasis on understanding identity and overcoming trauma.
