James Hartley was born in Liverpool, England, but now lives in Madrid, Spain with his wife Ana and two children, Carmen and Matthew. He works as an English teacher at an international school and has published a series of books for Young Adults called Shakespeare's Moon (Lodestone Books, UK). He loves reading and writing and has had poetry published in various anthologies and lit-mags.
