Delight Chinenye Ejiaka is a writer whose works investigates melodramatic women, female hysteria and folklore. Her works have appeared in Isele Magazine, Michigan Quarterly Review, Desert Companion, World Literature Today, and Whale Road Review. She was a finalist for the Wasnode Fiction Prize, Ray Ventre Non-fiction prize, Frontier Global Poetry Prize, & Disquiet Literature Prize. She is a Macdowell and Aspen Words Fellow.

Reading.
What was the most adventurous or thrilling thing you ever did/experienced?
Taking up writing full time.
Do you listen to music while reading or writing?
No. I’m probably humming a tune, so I don’t need eternal music.
