What was your favorite book as a child?
I learned how to read later than most people so I enjoyed looking at fairy tale picture books as a child. I also loved R. L. Stine’s Goosebumps series and Roald Dahl’s The Witches with Quentin Blake’s illustrations as I learned how to read.
Do you remember the original reason or motivation why you started writing creatively?
Having lived in different places throughout my life, I only feel completely at home when I’m writing. It has somehow become my anchor.
What was the most adventurous or thrilling thing you ever did/experienced?
It would be the time when I quit my job and started to focus on writing with the loving support of my brother and my uncle.
Do you listen to music while reading or writing?
No, because I get distracted easily. But I listen to pop music and watch dance videos in between writing sessions to decompress.
