What was your favorite book as a child?

My favorite book as a child was “The Giver”. I was in early middle school when I read it but can’t remember any book before that was my favorite.

Do you remember the original reason or motivation why you started writing creatively?

I’ve always loved reading and writing. I began writing poems first but the reading inspired me to go into short stories. I wanted to share stories to feel connected to other people.

What was the most adventurous or thrilling thing you ever did/experienced?

The most adventurous thing I ever did was go to a music festival. I was never the kind of person to go to crowded places but I enjoyed the music, the people, the environment, and the feeling of excitement. I loved it so much I went to other festivals after.

Do you listen to music while reading or writing?

Sometimes I listen to music while reading. I usually listen to ambient music where it’s just instrumental and not too fast.
